Filet Mignon

I Love steaks!!! Hubby grilled us this steak one Sunday. He makes it like the way I like it (RARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). In my opinion, rare is the only way to go when eating a steak. I really don't understand why anyone would go to a high end steak house, pay $35-$50 a steak and order it more cooked than medium rare. My favorite cut of steak is Filet Mignon and we normally get it from Costco's when we grill it ourselves. They recently started selling USDA Prime Beef for Rib eyes (which is normally only offered in restaurants). Too bad they don't have USDA Prime Beef for Filet mignon's, but I am excited to try their rib eye one of these days.
