Port Ribs with Egg


These port ribs was something I ate on a regular basis growing up. My mom loves making them, especially since Simon can pound down 10 of these within 10 minutes. He'll normally give me the bones since i'm into gnawing on the cartilage and he can't stand bones. I make it basically the same way as my Beef Brisket. They are delicious!! I normally make an entire pot of it so we can eat it for the week and Simon can take it for lunch.
