Rice Cooker Sticky Rice

If you want to eat really authentic sticky rice, this is not for you, but if you are lazy like me, try out this recipe. I filled the rice cooker with 3 cups of Japanese sweet rice, water to the 3 cup line, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, wine and let it cook until done. Meanwhile, I soaked dried mushrooms until soft and stir fried it with minced beef, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, wine, garlic, ginger, and basil. When the rice is done, mix the mushroom and beef with the sticky rice and serve.
