Edamame Succotash

This was one of the side dishes we had for Thanksgiving, amazingly flavorful salad. I can't take credit, Hubby made this piece of wonder.

Edamame Succotash:
3 cups Edamame
2 cups Fresh or Frozen Corn
1 cup Craisins
1 cup Diced White Onions

2 teaspoon Sambel Olek (chilli paste)
2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 tablespoon Canola Oil
2 tablespoon Rice Wine
2 tablespoon Fish Sauce or 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Saute onions then mix everything together and let it sit overnight.
