Red Velvet Fondant Cake

This was my very first fondant cake made for my friend Karen's bridal shower, which turned out to be a complete blast! Her shower had 3 themes, Steelers, Hawaii and uhm hmmm.....I won't be mentioning the third one publicly, but there were nothing but a bunch crazy ladies laughing hysterically. Making fondant reminded me of pottery class back in high school. I enjoyed creating hand made pottery, but was never very good at operating the wheel. My pottery always came out lopsided :-/ (maybe because the wheel always reminded me of the scene in "Ghost"). Anyhow, I still have a ton to learn, but would love to make more fondant cakes from now on, well, that is if I don't get lazy.
